Beautiful cottage, great eco credentials, warm, welcoming and well equipped. Friendly owners and lovely farm dogs! Beautiful views. Well decorated. Honestly felt at home from the moment we arrived. Children very happy playing with the toys that were in the house and the play area was great with slides, swingball and football goals. A car drive away from many great attractions. Highly recommend!

The Old Bothy is fitted out to the highest standards. Everything feels new and is beautifully furnished. It's full of character and yet modern and stylish too, It's even better than the pictures, the main bedroom is huge. The farmyard is a delight to arrive back to - peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery - and a gently greeting from the dogs was lovely. Joanne is a lovely host and gives you a warm welcome when you arrive - you know she is there if needed but doesn't intrude. Someone in the guest book had been back for their 11th visit - I can understand why. I will be going back.
